All rates are based on a single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes.
Deposit and Payment Terms: The deposit required to confirm your reservations is equal to 100% of the total stay. Cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express are all accepted. All deposits and payments are due in US funds only. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellation/Early Departure Policies: We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur. Our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows with no exceptions:
Your deposit is refunded up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less 10% of the deposit paid. Within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, we do not refund or transfer deposits regardless of the reason of cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation fee. The same is true for stays that are shortened or early departures. As there are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry reservations, change of plans, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance.
