The Pilgrim House Hotel – Parking, Deposit, Cancellation and Hotel Policies: |

PARKING: Parking is no longer available to all Pilgrim House Guests. A limited number of parking spaces are available at an additional, daily charge and must be requested at the time of your reservation. The current daily rate is $8 per day. Additional parking can be found throughout Provincetown with rates ranging from $11 to $25 per day.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS: All rates are based on a single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes.
Deposit and Payment Terms: The deposit required to confirm your reservations is equal to 50% of the total stay. Cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express are all accepted. All deposits and payments are due in US funds only. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellation/Early Departure Policies: We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur. Our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows with no exceptions:
Your deposit is refunded up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less 10% of the deposit paid. Within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, we do not refund or transfer deposits regardless of the reason of cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation fee. The same is true for stays that are shortened or early departures. As there are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry reservations, change of plans, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance.
SMOKING: Smoking in Room fee $250
DAMAGES: Each guest accommodation is thoroughly inspected and inventoried prior to the arrival of each new guest. It is the responsibility of each new occupant to immediately notify the management of any suspected prior damage or accidental damage(s) for which the current guest is responsible. Damages discovered either during or after each guest’s occupancy will subject the guest to complete financial responsibility for any necessary repairs or missing items.
LOST KEYS: Keys that are lost or not returned at the time of check out will be subject to a lost key fee of $50 per key.
PETS: We do accept small dogs (less than 50 pounds). There is a fee of $50 per night. Only 1 pet per room allowed. This is a non-refundable fee.
